Congratulations go out to our U14 Girls 01-02 team for clinching 1st place at the Trebol Tournament Shootout this past weekend.
Coach Richard Dell said the girls played hard and represented Riverside with great diginity. At times the passing play was terrific and desire to win a championship could be seen with every game played.
The team won a tense final on penalty kicks, which went into sudden death and it was Avery Russell’s penalty kick and a Miya Trujillo save that was the difference in the end.
